How soon will I see results?
Results will vary depending on your starting point. Expectations have to be realistic. We can guarantee results on a person that is in good shape with a little bit of fat to loose. For those needing to loose more, results will take a little bit longer. Please follow our Cardio suggestions for optimum weight loss.

Do I have to take any pills?
No, you do not have to take any pills. These exercises that we are suggesting are very simple to follow. It just takes determination and discipline. If there were a pill to take for that everyone would have the perfect body.

How often do I have to workout?
We suggest doing the exercise at least 4 times a week. Our personal trainer, Dante, has determined 4 days to be the perfect amount of days to get the best results. Besides our bodies need to recover between workouts.

Do I have to diet as well?
Not necessarily. Some people are fortunate enough to only need to build their abs muscles. For those who have extra pounds covering our abs muscle, there will need to be cardio exercise combined with our GETRIPPEDABS exercises.
