Who Is Dante?

I've been involved in physical fitness for over 20 years. I'm a long distance runner; who's completed 5 marathons and earned a Black Belt in Karate. I also teach self-defense to men, women and children. Currently I am pursuing a career as a personal trainer in the Los Angeles area. My focus is resistance training coupled with nutritional planning, flexibility and cardiovascular exercises.

Throughout my extensive career, I've had the pleasure to train clients on both the East and West coasts. My philosophy for training is based on variety and intensity. I never have my clients work the same muscle the same way on two consecutive training sessions.

This is a key to my success.

I also understands that each client is different and has unique goals. My programs are customized to fit the individual needs of each client.
